These General Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “GTU”) are intended to provide a legal framework for the terms under which ledsUp provides its services (including the mobile application) and to define the conditions for the “User’s” access to and use of such services. These GTU are available on the website under the “GTU” section. Any use of the mobile application implies the User’s acceptance, without any reservation or restriction, of these GTU. Upon downloading, each user expressly accepts these GTU
by checking the box preceding the following text:“I have read and understood the General Terms of Use and I accept them. ”
In the event of non-acceptance of the GTU stipulated in this contract, the User must refrain from accessing the services offered by the ledsup.fr website. ledsUp reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these GTU at any time.

Article 2: Access to the application, services, and platforms
1.1 The ledsup.fr website
The ledsup.fr website provides free access to the following services:
- Presentation of the ledsUp solution
- Contacting the ledsUp team
The website is freely accessible to any internet user with internet access, regardless of location.
All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, internet connection) are the User’s responsibility.
2.1 The ledsUp app
The ledsUp app provides users with free access to the following services:
- Light shows for concerts, festivals, sports events (matches, competitions), and any other events, captured on mobile phones.
The app is available for download on mobile phones (iOS or Android) via the App Store and Google Play. It is available free of charge anywhere to any user with internet access. The company ledsUp cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of app stores or slow download speeds.
The ledsUp app requires an internet connection.
The company ledsUp cannot be held responsible for the total or partial unavailability of the internet network.
All costs incurred by the User to access the services (devices, internet connection, app store, etc.) are the User’s responsibility.
Article 3: Methods of processing and collecting personal data
The ledsUp app does not collect any personal data. You do not need to create an account to use the app.
Article 4: GPS Location Feature
The ledsUp application does not require any specific permissions to function, except possibly GPS access—with the user’s permission—to help the user locate themselves on a map if necessary. The GPS position is neither stored nor saved. The use of GPS positioning is not required to use the application properly.
Article 5: Cookies
The ledsUp application does not require any cookies to function.
Article 6: URL Links
The company ledsUp reserves the right to display advertising content in the application in the form of one or more advertising banners on the application screen that may redirect to websites using URLs. The User is informed that by clicking on these images, they will exit the ledsUp application. The company ledsUp verifies the link associated with each advertising banner before placing it in the application but has no control over the content of the web pages linked to by these links. The company ledsUp cannot be held responsible for the content of these URL links. However, the User may report inappropriate content in these links by contacting the company ledsUp at the address indicated in Article 1.
Article 7: Use of the Phone
The User is solely responsible for handling the phone while using the ledsUp application.
ledsUp cannot be held liable for any damage to the phone that occurs while using the ledsUp application. It is essential to hold the phone firmly, especially during light animations (particularly in Ola mode).
Article 8: Copyrights and intellectual property related to the application
The trademarks, logos, and symbols, as well as all content on the ledsup.fr website and the ledsUp mobile application (text, images, sound, etc.) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and, more specifically, by copyright. The ledsUp trademark is a registered trademark of ledsUp SAS. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or use, in whole or in part, of this trademark, of any nature whatsoever, is strictly prohibited. The User must obtain prior authorization from ledsUp for any reproduction, publication, or copying of the various contents. The User agrees to use the contents of the site strictly for private purposes; any use for commercial or advertising purposes is strictly prohibited. Any total or partial reproduction of this site and this application by any means whatsoever, without the express permission of the ledsUp operator, would constitute an infringement punishable under Articles L 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code. It is noted, in accordance with Article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code, that the User who reproduces, copies, or publishes protected content must cite the author and the source.
Article 9: Liability
The sources of the information provided on the ledsUp app or on the ledsUp.fr website are considered reliable but are not guaranteed to be free from defects, errors, or omissions. The information provided is for informational and general purposes only and has no contractual value. Despite regular updates, the website and its services cannot be held responsible for changes to administrative and legal provisions occurring after publication. Similarly, they cannot be held responsible for the use and interpretation of the information contained on the website and the application. The company ledsUp, the ledsup.fr website, and the ledsUp application cannot be held responsible for any viruses that may infect the User’s mobile phone or computer equipment following the use, access, or download from these platforms.
The company ledsUp, the ledsUp application, and the website cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.
Article 10: Modification of the Terms of Use
The company ledsUp reserves the right to adapt or modify the Termsof Use at any time; the User may not claim ignorance of these changes and is encouraged to regularly review the Terms of Use to stay informed of any changes to these conditions.The GTU are accessible at any time via the menu of the ledsUp mobile application and on the ledsup.fr website.
The company ledsUp cannot be held responsible in the event of unavailability of the website hosting the GTU.
Article 11: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by French law. If the parties are unable to resolve a dispute amicably, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear the matter.
