The ledsUp team does not collect any personal data. The app does not require users to create an account.

The ledsUp app does not use any personal data.
4. Permissions requested by the app:
The ledsUp app does not require any specific permissions to function, except possibly GPS—with your permission—to help you locate yourself on a map if necessary. Your GPS location is not stored or saved. GPS positioning is not required to use the app properly.
ledsUp may use the flash to create certain light animations, but it does not access your camera or photos.
5. Advertising on ledsUp:
The ledsUp solution operates on a B2B model, meaning that an organization (association, production company, artist, etc.) funded the creation of the animation. ledsUp allows this client to display one or more advertising banners on the app screen. These banners are identical on all phones using the app. Each banner is linked to a URL. The ledsUp team verifies the linked URL before adding it to the app, but ledsUp cannot be held responsible for the content of that URL.
6. Third-party advertising:
ledsUp does not display any advertising other than that of our client.
7. Customer service:
You can contact the ledsUp team via the "Contact Us" menu in the app, which allows you to send us an email.
The ledsUp team will then reply to your email address. Please note that your email address will not be shared with any third parties.
8. Privacy Policy Update:
If there is an update to the ledsUp Privacy Policy, you will be notified via a message within the app.
