Any use of the mobile app implies the User’s unreserved and unrestricted acceptance of these Terms of Use. Upon downloading, each user
expressly accepts these Terms of Use by checking the box preceding the following text: “

The website is accessible free of charge from anywhere to any Internet user with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware
, software, Internet connection) are the User’s responsibility.
2.1 The ledsup app
The ledsUp app provides users with free access to the following services:
– Light shows for performances (concerts, festivals) and sporting events
(games, competitions), as well as any other events, all accessible via mobile phones

The app is available for download on mobile devices (iOS or Android) via
the App Store and Play Store. It is available free of charge to any User with Internet access.
ledsUp cannot be held liable for the unavailability of the app stores
or for slow download speeds.
The ledsUp app requires an Internet connection.
The Company cannot be held liable in the event of total or partial unavailability of the Internet network.
All costs incurred by the User to access the services (devices, Internet connection, app stores, etc.) are the User’s responsibility.
Article 3: Procedures for the Processing and Collection of Personal Data
The ledsUp app does not collect any personal data. The app does not require users to create an account
in order to use it.
Article 4: GPS Location Function
The ledsUp app does not require any specific permissions to function, apart from
and, if applicable, GPS access with the User’s permission to help the User locate themselves
on a map or plan if necessary. The GPS location is neither stored nor saved.
The use of GPS positioning is not required to use the app properly.
Article 5: Cookies
The ledsUp app does not require any cookies to function.
Article 6: URL Links
Thecompany ledsUp reserves the right to display advertising content in the
app in the form of one or more banner ads on the app screen that may
redirect users to websites via URLs.
Users are advised that clicking on these images will cause them to exit the ledsUp app.
The company ledsUp verifies the link associated with each advertising banner before placing it
in the app, but has no control over the content of the web pages linked to by these
links. Under no circumstances may the company ledsUp be held liable for the content of these
URL links.
The user may, however, report inappropriate content from these links by contacting the
company ledsUp at the address indicated in Article 1.
Article 7: Use of the Phone
The user is solely responsible for handling the phone while using the ledsUp App.
ledsUp cannot be held liable for any damage to the phone
that occurs while using the ledsUp App.
It is essential to hold the phone firmly, especially during light shows
(particularly in Wave mode).
Article 8: Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights Related to the
ApplicationThe trademarks, logos, symbols, and all content on the ledsup.fr and
websites, as well as the ledsUp mobile application (text, images, audio, etc.), are protected under the French Intellectual Property Code (Code
), specifically under copyright law.
The ledsUp trademark is a registered trademark of ledsUp SAS. Any representation and/or
reproduction and/or partial or total use of this trademark, of any kind whatsoever,
is strictly prohibited.
Users must obtain prior authorization from ledsUp for any
reproduction, publication, or copying of the various contents. The user agrees to use the
content of the site strictly for private purposes; any use for commercial or
advertising purposes is strictly prohibited. Any total or partial reproduction of this site and
of this application by any means whatsoever, without the express authorization of
the operator of ledsUp, would constitute an infringement punishable under Article L 335-2 and
following of the Intellectual Property Code.
It is hereby noted, in accordance with Article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code, that
any User who reproduces, copies, or publishes protected content must cite the author and the source.
Article 9: Liability
The sources of the information published on the ledsUp app or on the ledsUp.fr website are
considered reliable, but they do not guarantee that the information is free from defects, errors, or
omissions. The information provided is presented for informational and general purposes only and has no
contractual value. Despite regular updates, the website and its services cannot
be held responsible for changes in administrative and
legal provisions occurring after publication. Similarly, they cannot be held responsible
for the use and interpretation of the information contained on the website and in the app.
The company ledsUp, the website ledsup.fr, and the ledsUp app cannot be held liable
for any viruses that may infect the User’s mobile phone or any
computer equipment resulting from the use, access, or download
from these platforms.
The company ledsUp, the ledsUp app, and the website
cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or due to the unforeseeable and insurmountable actions of a third party.
Article 10: Modification of the Terms of Use
ledsUp reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms of Use at any time,
and since users cannot claim ignorance of these terms, they are encouraged
to review the Terms of Use regularly to stay informed of any changes to
these terms.The Terms of Use are accessible at any time via the menu of the ledsUp mobile app and on the ledsup.fr website.
ledsUp shall not be held liable in the event that the website hosting the Terms of Use is unavailable.
Article 11: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed byFrench law. In the event that a dispute between the parties cannot be resolved amicably
